Exchange Policy

  • We will happily accept all orders back and provide exchange if the customer receives a damaged parcel and the complaint will be launched with 48 hours of parcel delivery.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customer needs to return the products via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 
  • All returns should be sent to our official address after taking a confirmation from our Customer Support Staff.
